New book coming soon - A Good Planet is Hard to Find
A Good Planet is Hard to Find is a cooperative effort between Chris Darwin (great great grandson) and the Charles Darwin University, headed up by Professor Keith Christian.
The book asks a basic question: 'Are we damaging the planet's ability to support large numbers of humans?'
If the answer is 'yes' (which preliminary research is indicating is the case) then the book will ask the reader whether they think that this is a wise course of action. The book will suggest ways that the reader can change their behaviour to reduce their impact, because, when all is said and done, a good planet is hard to find.
The eight Charles Darwin University researchers are:
- Professor Chris Austin
- Associate Professor Deborah West
- Professor Keith Christian
- Dr Adam Drucker
- Dr Paul Finn
- Dr Niels Munksgaard
- Dr Chris Tracy
- Lisa Willis
